Short Story: Use Camera 360. It’s silent and it offers some impressive features including good-quality shooting and tap-to-focus-and-shoot.

Long Story: For some unknown reason, to comply with some local regulations, LG decided that the camera application of LG L7 (P700) is to never be silent, as if the crooks in the up-skirt hobby would really have a problem rooting their devices, or something, to get their adrenaline rush…

So, I tried a lot of applications, including Silent Camera and even Tasker, to mute the sound. To no avail, aggravating me because it was making my photo-blogging life somewhat unpleasant as, during blogging events, my LG was continuously shouting “Click” as I was photographing stuff.

Nasty, if you ask me.

So, one night in the wilderness, while admiring the dark skies, I began to wonder whether or not I could set some long exposure camera on my device and try, maybe I could get some portion of the sky tho be beautifully photographed by my device. So, I started with LE Cam, one thing led to another, and I came across Camera 360, getting bedazzled while finding out it actually is silent. Finally, I could not believe it.

But this is it, try it for yourself, you’ll be pleased and amazed that your LG mobile camera would become as ilent as it should have been in the first place.
